Tonight’s roommate adventure…
Tonight was unique as my roommates actually made me laugh instead of wanting to wait till they fell asleep and then punch them in the face… You may be asking yourself “SemperFriday how is this so?” Well it all started when they put in “Paranormal Activity 3” when they got back from the red box. The next hour and change was pure gold as I sat on my bed playing Battlefield 3. I eventually had to turn off the Xbox to focus only on the roommates as I was getting slaughtered trying to do both. They were completely freaked out… Like in bed with the blankets pulled up to their chins, screaming at scenes, and covering their eyes freaked out. I found this hilarious because I am obsessed with the horror genre in general. I love seeing other people just absolutely lose it over a Hollywood production. When the movie makes the people in the theatre scream and jump I am in the back laughing my ass off. It is just how I am. Watching my roommates scream like little girls over special effects almost makes up for the other dumb shit they do…almost.
I think I may wait until midnight and then scream at the top of my lungs and slam on the table with something like my heavy hard-bound Hunter S. Thompson book just to watch them both hit the celing like scared cats in the old cartoons! The lack of sleep would be worth it….
